BIO:
As the Founder and President of NESS Cares & NESS Behavior Consulting, I bring a personal touch to my professional journey, shaped by my experiences as a wife, mother of three, daughter, sister, and friend. In addition to my background as a former Behavior Specialist with OPWDD (Office for People with Developmental Disabilities) and a contracted in-school Behavior Consultant, I've navigated my own mental health crisis in 2018. This journey has deepened my commitment to providing resources for mental health and special education. Through NESS, I passionately empower parents, families, and school professionals with the tools and resources needed to navigate the complexities of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans, in addition to creating a platform where the community can obtain mental health resources.
